Shower Top Limited 5 Year Warranty
LIMITED BREAKAGE WARRANTY
If the LEXANŽ Shower Top dome breaks within five (5) years from the date of sale,
the purchaser will receive a free replacement dome. The end consumer must contact Tropic Sauna Inc. and provide a copy of the
original sales receipt verifying the date of sale.
CONDITIONS
This warranty does not cover (re)installation expenses or any other direct or indirect loss(es) which may result from
such breakage. This warranty does not cover hazing, abrasion, yellowing or scratching.
Damage due to improper use is not covered by this warranty. The Shower Top domes are designed to be laid or mounted on top
of a shower or bath in a non-load bearing manner. Any other useage of the Shower Top dome my result in denial of all warranty
claims and liabilities if it is deemed to be inappropriate use, and causes any unforseen damages.
Damage due to improper installation is not covered by this warranty.
Consumer may be required to return the Shower Top dome to the place of purchase for inspection, and/or replacement. This is at
the discretion of Tropic Sauna Inc.
